These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://hybridxb.com and to enquiries and arrangements for personal training with HybriDXB. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. About HybriDXB

HybriDXB provides personal training in Dubai. Services may include individual personal training, private or home training, online personal training, boxing training, and strength training, as agreed with the client.

3. Website Use

4. Personal Training Services

The services, format, location, schedule, and other arrangements for a client will be agreed directly with HybriDXB before training begins. Details not expressly agreed are not promised by this website.

5. Training Packages and Prices

The published prices are:

• Single Session: 600 AED.
• 10 Pack: 5,600 AED. Save 400 AED.
• 20 Pack: 10,800 AED. Save 1,200 AED.
• Duo PT: 800 AED.
• Duo PT 10: 7,600 AED. Save 400 AED.
• Duo PT 20: 14,800 AED. Save 1,200 AED.

Prices are stated in AED. The package and price applicable to a purchase will be confirmed with you before payment. No additional fees, taxes, or payment charges are stated by these Terms.

6. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings and schedules are arranged directly with HybriDXB. A booking is subject to confirmation of the service, date, time, format, and applicable package.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Applicable booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be communicated to the client at the time of booking or purchase and will be subject to applicable UAE law. These Terms do not set a cancellation period or create an additional cancellation fee.

8. Payments

The applicable package and price will be confirmed before purchase. Payment timing and method will be communicated during booking or purchase. Any payment terms must comply with applicable UAE law.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation, following reasonable session instructions, and raising questions or concerns that may affect safe participation.

10. Health, Medical Conditions and Exercise Participation

Personal training and fitness guidance are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Before participating, clients should disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations, and other information that may affect safe participation. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional where appropriate before beginning or changing an exercise programme.

11. Results Disclaimer

Individual responses to exercise vary. HybriDXB does not promise or guarantee specific results.

12. Online Training

Online training arrangements, including the format and schedule, will be agreed with the client before service begins. Clients are responsible for choosing a suitable exercise area and using equipment safely. The health and participation terms above also apply to online training.

13. Intellectual Property

Website text, design, branding, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by HybriDXB, unless identified otherwise. You may access them for personal, non-commercial use of the website. Do not copy, republish, or commercially use them without permission, except where applicable law allows.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to third-party websites or services, including communication services. Those services are operated independently and their own terms and privacy notices apply.
